[Yum-devel] New dep for tests

Hi all:

I just commited some changes to the test dir that replace ffesti's test
discovery code with nose[1] (python-nose in fedora). You'll need to
install that for 'make test' to work.

Beyond test discovery, nose also has a pile of plugins for fun things
like profiling and code coverage. Plus, the cool kids[2] use it.
