[Yum-devel] rpm_check_debug exit code

So, it's come to my attention that we may be having issues with
the rpm_check_debug test failing in some cases here at BU, but I'm not
hearing about it because when the test fails, it prints an error message but
exits with a successful return code.

Could we make yum exit with a non-0 exit status when this happens?
