[Yum-devel] Please help

Hi. i got big problems with yum. I do not know what to do... Nothing
works... I do not want to reinstall my fedora all the time.
Please help :)

It would be nice if i get a command line i can paste in to download and
install, overwriting my old one.
I was about to run a restore on my computer because of this, but that isnt
nessesary is it?

I have read a lot, but i just can't figure it out. I would do anything to
get my computer up and running.

PS. I do not have python, so i am realy stuck.
