[Yum-devel] yum 3.1.5

Hi all,
 This is a substantially less sucky yum 3.1.X release for those folks
suffering with the depsolving rate in 3.1.4. I've been unable to spend
much time with yum for the last week or so but last night and today I
spent some time and got the rate cleaned up a bit. It's still not great
but it's a damned-sight better than it was. :)

3.1.5 is unlikely to be a final candidate we have a number of other
things left to break. :)
