[Yum-devel] Does the yum depsolver correctly resolve rpmlib(foo) virtual capabilities

It's a dep we've always ignored b/c it's been provided by rpm which you
have to have installed for any of this to matter. Moreover, the rpmlib(*
deps haven't changed in years. I'll talk to paul to see if there are
some change I've missed.
