[Yum-devel] yum 3.0.4 released

Hi folks,
 Yum 3.0.4 is available. This fixes a variety of bugs in 3.0.3 and a few
minor improvements. The fixes:
  - logging should be working properly again for things using yum -d0
and -e0
  - fix some comparison issues with versions
  - return changelog tuples properly.
