[Yum-devel] yum 3.1.4 released

Hi All,

 Yum 3.1.4 is up and excited to be here. We've fixed a few more things
in the depsolver and optimized more of the sqlite look ups. As well as
some slowdowns in excludePackages().

So we're not done yet but we wanted this release out before we broke the
depsolver some more by trying to speed it up.
