[Yum-devel] comps explosion today

Hey folks,
 comps had a typo in fedora extras today so the whole world exploded b/c
of an unhandled exception. Jeremy changed it so that the exception
doesn't raise anymore for that typo. I was looking at the code, though,
and the exception is raised and never caught in other places. I'm going
to switch CompsException out to be a subclass of the YumBaseError so it
should get caught at some top level in the even it happens. Let me know
if y'all think that's a terrible idea.
