[Yum-devel] yum 3.1.0 release

Hi folks
 I put out a yum 3.1.0 tarball and srpm a little bit ago. This gets the
devel branch open and underway. This is mostly 3.0.3 + some new logging
patches from Terje and Tim and some cleanups from James. I'd like to see
some deeply broken things go in between now and next week, if
possible :). I'm hoping I can get on a relative one-release-a-week
schedule for next 2 or so months.

I ran the release tests we talked about before 3.0.3 on this one and
everything passed. So I suspect it works pretty well.
