[Yum-devel] yum-utils has been branched.

Hi folks.

I have created a new yum-utils branch yum-utils-1_0_X to follow the 
yum_3_0_X.
I have updated the spec file in  yum-utils HEAD to follow yum HEAD (yum 
 >= 3.1.1).


It will start to work on the utils so they are using the new YumUtilBase 
class introduced in yum 3.1.1.
So the util can inherit commandline options and callback handlers etc 
from yum-cli.
