Added two test cases for inPrcoRange to the packagetests and committed
the previous patch to fix the problem.

Nice work on the unittests! I was thinking of creating something
similar but on a higher level: create a repository with a number of
prefabricated packages which have some complex interdependencies and
then run a number of use cases to see if depsolving is working
correctly (and possibly compare it to results produced by other
programs such as smart and apt-rpm).
