I agree it should be in a plugin. However, b/c of how useful this will
most likely be to users AND b/c of the potential value if other distros
adopt this packaging policy maybe we should discuss including a plugin
IN the yum base package. So that nothing else needs to be grabbed to try
it out. It helps promote this packaging policy and the plugin w/o
forcing it on everyone.
Thoughts?
