you really think that having it as a filter HELPS users understand how
to use it?

cmon - let's not add complexity just to save a trivial amount of typing.

Adding filtered processing for enabling or disabling repositories is
just ridiculous.

Hell, I had to be armtwisted to add commandline enabling or disabling of
repositories at all.
