The --disablerepo , --enablerepo is just fine, it like options that is 
telling what they are doing.
maybe support for list of repos in the --disablerepo , --enablerepo options
Ex.
--enablerepo=freshrpms,dries,dag
insted of :
--enablerepo=freshrpms --enablerepo=dries --enablerepo=dag
