More about commandline options:

I would like to see these:

 o rename {en,dis}ablerepo to {en,disable}:

   yum --disable=<some-repo> --enable=<another-repo>

  What else than repos can be {dis,en}abled anyway?

 o option to skip gpg check e.g.:

   yum --nogpg install foobar

 o option to ignore cookies (same as metadata_expire=0 in yum.conf)
 
   yum -i update
 
 o and parsing of yum.conf options on the commandline e.g.

   yum -o 'recent = 1' list recent
