[Yum-devel] yum-utils 0.5

Hi folks,
Yum-utils 0.5 is out - mostly just to make the people who want a *gasp*
working yum-utils with the recent yum releases. And it also means the
various powers-that-be in fedora extras will get off my back for not
fixing it. :)

This version is not-so-compatible with yum 2.4.X

Changes:
- added a bunch of man pages
- addition of repotrack
- addition of repo-graph to produce graphviz-compatible graphs from repo
metadata
- many additions to the various plugins
- some other minor corrections to all the scripts


let us know what breaks.
