Given that it's squirrelled away under /usr/share/yum-cli, I somewhat
think that anyone using it gets what they're asking for... that said,
the argument could also be made that this could be a convincing reason
for someone to require yum 3.2[1].

existing API unless they want to take advantage of a newer mo' bettah
API
