I read a little of this discussion on fedora-devel and i tried to
interject but i don't think that this is in the package managers job
description. Instead of making each depsolver creat such a list then
always worry about maintaining such a list wouldnt it be better in the
long run to internalize this information into the rpm? I realize this
may just be a  short term solution just wanted to know where it stands.

I hope to add to these improvements in the coming week and look forward

Great. Does it also regets if you interrupt a slow mirror? or does
ctrl+c on mirrir download now abort immediately?
