[Yum-devel] yum 2.4.2

Hi Everyone,
 I'm making a 2.4.2 release that patches 3 items:
  1. the metadata_cache timeout being too long for most people's tast
  2. the metadata 'cachecookie' not being removed when repository
metadata was cleaned
  3. fix for rh bug: 174669 set locale to C if our locale assertion
fails.
