[Yum-devel] yum-utils packaging

Hello,

I downloaded the yum-utils 0.3.1 src.rpm and ran rpm --rebuild against
it.  I ended up with yum-utils, yum-changelog and yum-updateonboot.

The yum-changelog RPM owns the directory /etc/yum/pluginconf.d, not just
the changelog.conf inside that directory.  Shouldn't yum itself be the
owner of that directory and plugins should only own .conf files?

Also, I noticed yum-updateonboot uses /etc/sysconfig/yum-updateonboot.
Why the discrepancy on location of configurations?  Is it just because
of different plugin authors?

Do you plan to subpackage fastestmirror, protectbase, or versionlock any
time soon?
