I agree, lets make a new yum-utils release after we have added Luke's plugin.

When development on yum 2.5 really gets started and yum 2.5 becomes
incompatible with existing yum-utils we will probably have to create a
new CVS branch to distinguish between the devel version of yum-utils
and the stable version.
