[Yum-devel] Time for new yum-utils release?

Now that yum 2.4.0 is out... new yum-utils release would be even more 
welcome :)

Although I think adding Luke's fastestmirror plugin to yum-utils (before 
release) would be nice, unless Luke has any objections?
