[Yum-devel] yum 2.1.10

Hi folks,
 following close on the heels of 2.1.9 is 2.1.10 b/c apparently I never
experienced the failover condition :)

noarch.rpm - built on fedora core 2(ish):

Changes:
- updated yum and yum.conf man pages - lots of useful changes
- fixed a problem where if one repo had a broken or non-existent groups
file it would cause the other groups to not be observed.
- a bunch of misc pychecker fixes.
- made --disablerepo and --enablerepo do more what you'd expect them to
do in the face of broken repositories.
- make the urlgrabber failure callback (in yum) not be so amazingly
stupid. Fixes: rh bug 136178
