[Yum-devel] very strange yum behaviour

Hmm, yeah, it seems entirely reasonable to me.

Next time it happens,  check the versions of the RPM's on the
different mirrors.  Using:
yum list foo

should tell you what repo it is coming from.

If you find that the versions of the package are different between
mirrors of the same repository, I would wager this is the problem.  If
you don't, it is likely something else :-D
