[Yum-devel] very strange yum behaviour

What does your yum.conf look like?

Could this be hitting different mirrors in different runs?  Such that
one mirror has an update available, and another hasn't gotten all the
updates synced yet?

I see some failover lines in the output, but I'm not quite familiar
enough with debugging
these problems to know if that is indeed what the output indicates.
