[Rpm-metadata] site/list changes

Hi all,
 We've moved the site and list to new hosting at osuosl.org. You can
find the site here:

 http://createrepo.baseurl.org


and the mailing list has moved to:

rpm-metadata at lists.baseurl.org


This move brings us a new ticketing system in trac and a much better web
site. Especially for putting together proper documentation.

If you'd like to help work on the site and docs please create and
account and bug me about giving you write permissions. It only takes a
second to do.
