fixed, sorry. the anoncvs is replicated out on a regular basis but it
hadn't been synced yet.

should be fine as

:pserver:anonymous at devel.linux.duke.edu:/cvsroot/metadata/cvs-root

cvs co generate 

should get you the createrepo code
