[Rpm-metadata] package and file colors

I bring this up because of the ramifications with dependencies.  I'm 
very much knew to the metadata/file coloring.. so I could be outside of 
what is expected.  However, if you have an o32 app, it needs to require 
o32 libraries (APIs) etc.   Same w/ n32.

So if this is a rat hole ignore it..  I just wanted to make sure the 
issue of multiple binaries for the same system, w/o a clear 32/64 
division were considered.
