[Rpm-metadata] package and file colors

Hi all,
 talking with adrian and jeff on irc tonight raised some additional
issues/points.

package color. In having todo with systems that can run multiple libs
and binary types ie: elf32, elf64 or both you need to determine package
color

package color is the logical or of the colors of the files in the rpm
So it would make sense to me to include the package color in the
metadata.

make sense to anyone else?
