right - and red carpet has an implementation that makes use of licensing
information for presenting to the user for an agreement, iirc, that
doesn't mean that it should be in the common space.
More to the point I thought we had decided to focus on the basic
information that each tool REQUIRES to do their job to build the common
format, not taking the union of all things each depsolver/pkgmgmt
program uses.
