[Rpm-metadata] generate and import updates

Hi,
 generate: http://linux.duke.edu/~skvidal/metadata/generate/
  - I added tagging of 'ghost' files as a 'type' b/c they aren't really
dirs or files for the purposes of depchecking but we need to know about
them to know not to rely on them. 
   - if this is not something useful let me know, it's trivial to revert
this.
 

 import: http://linux.duke.edu/~skvidal/metadata/import/
  - if you'd like to test it out and poke at it generate the repo
metadata using the  above then run:
   python ./test.py path/to/repomd.xml
   if you want to poke at the structures/methods a bit run:
   python -i ./test.py path/to/repomd.xml

 it should load up all the metadata for that repository and let you run
searches, etc for them.

Let me know what you all think, the python/rpm people especially, i'd
like to hear comments on the importing code.
