[Yum] yum list ignores --disablerepo, --enablerepo options

Hi,

--disablerepo, --enablerepo options don't seem to work when doing yum list:

$ yum --disablerepo=* list
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
Installed Packages
acl.x86_64                                 2.2.51-12.el7            @base
apr.x86_64                                 1.4.8-3.el7              @base
...

$ yum --disablerepo=ius list | grep python
...
python35u.x86_64                         3.5.2-1.ius.centos7            @ius
...

Am I doing it wrong?
