[Yum] downloading a specific version of an rpm

The kernel source for 3.12.7-300.fc20.x86_64 is not in the repos (you have
just le lattest kernel source).
You can find it on koji :
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=489555
