[Yum] Creating complete repository

I suspect the reason I am seeing multiple entries is that the repositories
I am using are local ones. They are refreshed daily, but I suspect older
versions of the RPMs are not deleted. None of the i686 RPMs are installed
locally, but they can be found in the repository.

However, even if this is cleaned up, it won't fix my original problem
because both dropbox and sqlite are x86_64 in the output of my commands, so
it shouldn't make any difference.
