[Yum] Updating package in YUM local repository

Yeah, i was making a mistake:
I was updating the repository with the updates, but didn't run "makecache"
in YUM.

But reading the RPM documentation, seems that Niemi is right: release
version is used just to fix a "mistake" in a released package, but not
changing the proper version.
