[Yum] Issue with cElementTree.so

 This is not a yum problem, as I'd assume that
"python -c 'import cElementTree'" is also failing.
 You probably want to speak to someone with EL4 specific knowledge
about what the problem could be ... maybe use "rpm -Va".
