[Yum] unable to connect to dbus

Ok, now 'service messagebus status' shows FAILED.  When I try to start 
it I get the error unable to open 
/etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/dbus_contexts.  yum shows the latest dbus 
package as installed.  ???
