[Yum] How does yum decide rpm A to depnd on B?

Hello,
maybe commands like:

deplist        List a package's dependencies
provides       Find what package provides the given value
resolvedep     Determine which package provides the given dependency

Or also `repoquery` utility from yum-utils package can help you.
