[Yum] yum / GPG import issue

Running CentOS 5.1, I've seen one GPG key (ATrpms.net) fail to import
automatically but other GPG keys from CentOS, RPMForge, etc. import
automatically. rpm --import works, but should not be required. The
error is as follows:

sudo yum --disablerepo='*' --enablerepo=atrpms install atrpms-rpm-config

Any ideas what might be the problem?
