[Yum] Installonly plugin

Hi
I am running  yum-3.1.6-1 and yum-utils-1.0.4-1.
I see the installonly plugin on the Duke wiki  but i cannot find an rpm
for the plugin. I have rebuilt  yum-utils-1.0.4-1.src.rpm but the
installonly plugin is still not available.

Where do we get that plugin from now?
