[Yum] yumdownloader problem

Hi,
 
I downloaded yum-utils version 1.1.1 on my new RHEL5.0 machine and then
untar the tarball and then using "make install" as root user installed
all the yum utilities. However, when I run yumdownloader command, I get
following error:
 
[root at lcllxts2 yum-utils]# yumdownloader
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/yumdownloader", line 23, in ?
    from utils import YumUtilBase
ImportError: No module named utils

Am I did anything wrong?
