Is this package from the CentOS repository? Do you have the CentOS key installed? http://www.centos.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=17 If it's not from CentOS repository, you'll need to get the key that corresponds to it, or disable GPG checking (not advised, but frequently done). Greg
