[Yum] YumGroups GUI beta Release

Hi everyone,

as i was very busy last weeks, heres a beta release of the GUI which
already creats the YumGroups Files for my company for Installations ...
Currently the RPM is limited to EL and python2.3 it should work with
python2.4 but RPM limits the usage to EL/python2.3. Other releases will
be for other distributions too.
