[Yum] localinstall and depedencies

*localinstall*
    Is used to install a set of local rpm files. If required the enabled
    repositories will be used to resolve dependencies.
</snip>

yum localinstall somepackage.rpm

will install somepackage.rpm and get the missing denpendcies from the 
enabled repositories.
