[Yum] repoquery reports problem: 'module' object has no attribute 'yumconf'

You seem to be running a newer yum than what's included in FC4. If
you're running yum >= 2.5.x you'll want the latest yum-utils from CVS,
or the one from FC5 extras if you don't mind the group-functionality
being completely broken :)
