[Yum] Errno 5] OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:setting up repository within a network

Hi everyone,

 answer to my earlier question (using default conf) seems to be bcoz i am behind the firewall.But how can i access within network.

I am working on 192.168.104.29 and created a repository headers on 192.168.104.30 both are linux Red Hat 9 servers.

But still yum list gives the following error:


Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: netsity
CacheDir: /var/cache/yum/netsity
Getting header.info from server
failover: baseURL = file://192.168.103.59:/home/sharad/reposd/
failover: path = headers/header.info
retrygrab() failed for:
  file://192.168.103.30:/home/sharad/reposd/headers/header.info

Error getting file file://192.168.103.30:/home/sharad/reposd/headers/header.info
[Errno 5] OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/sharad/reposd/headers/header.info' 

Can any one help in this regard, thnx in advance.
