[Yum] yum needs a --ignoresize option

as I said in the bug:

1. it makes no sense to be per-repo the diskspacecheck is a property of
the system, not of the repop
2. adding every little thing to the command line is a rats nest of
maintainability and it makes documentation and  even a simple --help a
nightmare.
