Either with yum 2.0 or 2.2 (but I only provide 2.0 for RHL9, like Seth
does), you may use :

http://ayo.freshrpms.net/
http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/redhat/9/yum/

That package comes pre-configured to use ayo.freshrpms.net, which carries
all the needed metadata.
