[Yum] custom repo

Creating a repo for custom distro comprised of RPMS
form various other repos (FC3 Base, DAG, AT-RPMS
etc...)

I'm gussing I should gen my own signing key and
"--resign" each package before I include it in my
repo?

also, assuming this is ok to do?

-or-

Include pub keys for each repo I "leach" from and let
yum/rpm figure it out.  this just sounds ugly...

Suggestions welcome.
