[Yum] installing/searching via "perl(Module::Whatever)"?

With apt, if I'm trying to build something, and it requires, say,
"perl(GD::Graph)", I can say `apt-cache search 'perl(GD::Graph)'` and get
back the name of the package that provides this -- or even do `apt-get
install 'perl(GD::Graph)'`, and it magically works.

Is there a way to do this with yum? I find it invaluable when trying to
build perl RPMs.
